The applicants through instant application are seeking review of order dated 14.02.2024 whereby their petition was dismissed on the ground that they have secured 76 Marks whereas last selected candidate had secured 76.5 under unreserved category.

The petitioners claim that two seats are still lying vacant, thus, they should be adjusted against vacant seats.

Mr. Sandeep Bhatia, Senior Panel Counsel submits that as per his instructions, no seat is lying vacant. The last selected candidate had secured 77 Marks though in order dated 14.02.2024 it was noticed that last selected candidate had secured 76.5 Marks.

The applicants have not pointed out any ground compelling the Court to review its order dated 14.02.2024. There is no factual or legal infirmity in the said order warranting review.
