learned Single Judge. The challenge in the writ petition was made by persons who were in no manner contesting or claiming for the post.

Prima facie , we find that in a Writ of Quo Warranto, final relief cannot

¶29

be granted by an interim order. While we allow the Hon’ble learned Single Judge to continue the proceedings in the writ petition, we stay the effect and operation of the interim order dated 20.05.2025, till the disposal of the writ petition.
