During the course of arguments, the learned senior counsel for the appellants has referred to certain documents, which have not been adverted to by the learned Single Judge. In such circumstances, this Court is of the view that the appropriate remedy for the appellants would be to approach the learned Single Judge by filing review application.

The learned senior counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw this letters patent appeal, however, with liberty to file review application before the learned Single Judge.
