L earned counsel submits that o nce the Standing Empowere d Committee h a s passed an award in favour of t he appellant, it is entitled to th e relief claime d under the said award.

W e refrain from passing any or d er in this appeal and affirm th e order passed b y the learned Single Judge sim p ly because the award passed b y the Standing Empowered Committee can o n ly be implemented by way o f execution or the appellant can always conte s t the civil suit before the Civi l Court.
