As nobody was appearing on behalf of the appellant - Corporati o n and even mobile number o f the counsel for the appellan t was not a vailable in the bar directory, notice was issued to the sai d Corporati o n, which surprisingly was received back unserved withou t any repor t . Thereafter, notice was issu e d to the Managing Director o f the appel l ant-Corporation at its Jaipur a ddress and thereafter, Mr. A K Gehlawat, Advocate appeared on 27.03. 2 025 and sought adjournmen t to get in s tructions in the matter. On the adjourned date, learne d counsel f o r the appellant-Corporation d i d not appear and in his place , Mr. Kam a l Sharma, Advocate appeared a s proxy counsel and sought a date. The matter was adjourned to t o day when the proxy counse l undertoo k to ensure the presence of counsel for the appellant fo r today. Ho w ever, nobody has put in app e arance even today in spite of a clear stip u lation as contained in order d a ted 01.05.2025 that if nobod y appears o n behalf of the appellant- C orporation, the file will b e consigne d to record.

In the circumstances, it appears that the appellant - Corporati o n has lost interest in the ap p eal. The appeal is, therefore , consigne d to record. Liberty is, howev e r, reserved to the appellant - Corporati o n to get the appeal revive d by moving an appropriat e applicatio n .
