Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner(s) contends that the issue involved in the present case is covered by the judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWP-11710-2014 titled as ‘ Sarbans Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others ’ and other connected case(s). He contends that with regards to their claim, the petitioners have already served a legal notice dated 05.02.2011 (Annexure P-4) upon the respondents and he would be satisfied in case respondent(s) are directed to consider and decide the said legal notice in accordance with law as well as in view of the judgment dated

25.03.2025 passed in CWP-11710-2014.
