Mr. Tapan Kumar, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that the Competent Authority i.e. respondent No.2 – Superintending Engineer, Department of Public Health Engineering Department, Ambala Cantt, Ambala shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order thereupon as soon as possible.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not object to the same, however, he prays for directing the Competent Authority to pass the order in a time bound manner.
