Pe��oner being employee of respondent No.2 was served a chargesheet and ul�mately punishment of penalty of pecuniary loss of �50,146/was imposed upon him. The appeal filed by the pe��oner against the punishment has not been heard despite the pendency of the same for the last more than 02 years as submi-ed by learned counsel for the pe��oner. For the �me being, learned counsel for the pe��oner has prayed for direc�ng respondent No.3 to dispose of the appeal in a �me bound manner.
