present petition, the impugned order dated 13.02.2025 (Annexure P/8) passed by the respondent No.1 has been challenged by the petitioner but, the petitioner, who is present in Court has instructed him that he will be satisfied, in case recounting of the votes in pursuance to the impugned order dated 13.02.2025 (Annexure P/8) is complied with under the direct supervision of the Deputy Commissioner, Patiala and the said recounting of votes should be videographed.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that he has no objection to the said prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that in order to show the bonafide intention and to show that the recounting of votes is done in a transparent manner, the same will be done under the direct supervision of the Deputy Commissioner, Patiala and the same will also be videographed so as to avoid any litigation at later stage.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that order dated 13.02.2025 (Annexure P/8) passed by the respondent No.1 qua the recounting of the votes will be complied with, as undertaken hereinbefore, by the Deputy Commissioner, Patiala on 19.08.2025 at 11.00 a.m. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view the statement of the learned counsel for the respondent-State and respondent No.2, present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
