The instant petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking setting aside of the impugned inter se seniority list (Tentative) dated 09.01.2025 and cadre-wise seniority list dated 31.12.2024 whereby respondents No.5 to 7 have been shown senior to the petitioners.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Mr. Deepak, Deputy Director, MSME, Haryana has referred to the memo No. MSME/Court Case/2025/3117 dated 13.05.2025 and contends that the respondent-State will take into consideration all the objections that have been raised by the petitioners before finalization of the seniority list of Industrial Extension Officers (IEOs) at Headquarter and Field as well as the tentative inter se seniority list of the IEOs and that till such time the matter is finalised
