The present writ petition has been filed under article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing the respondents to conduct fair and impartial enquiry in the complaint dated 13.10.2023, Annexure P-3, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Upon notice, written statement on behalf of respondent No.2 has been filed, today in Court, which speaks about the constitution of District Medical Negligence Board, Gurugram, by Civil Surgeon comprising of six doctors as follows: -

i Dr. Maneesh Rathee, DMC, Rep. of civil Surgeon, Gurugram.

ii. Dr. Sushil Yadav, SMO, Rep. of PMO, Civil Hospital, Sector 10 Gurugram.

iii Dr. Naveen Kumar, Physician, District Civil Hospital, Gurugram.

iv. Dr. Priyanka Sangwan, Pharmacologist, District Civil Hospital, Gurugram.
