Prayer in this writ petition is for setting aside order dated 19.07.2023 (Anneuxre P-8); order dated 08.09.2023 (Annexure P-14) as well as summons dated 22.11.2023 (Annexure P-18).

Learned counsel for respondents submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as she has instructions (from Sh. Dinesh Kumar Gupta, Additional Director General, DGGI, Gurugram zonal unit) that necessary action shall be taken to de-freeze the bank accounts of petitioner within next three working days. Moreover, order-in-original was passed on 30.01.2025.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he does not have any instructions in respect to said order-in-original, soft copy of which had been shared with him today by learned counsel for respondents. Be that as it may, he does not deny that present writ petition is indeed rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, present petition is disposed of as infructuous. Needless to say, petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy(ies) as may be available to it in accordance with law in respect to order dated 30.01.2025.
