The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of

the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 16.02.2024 whereby he was reverted from the post of Assistant Engineer to Junior Engineer.

Mr. Samarth Sagar, Addl. A.G., Haryana, at the outset submits that respondent vide order dated 06.03.2025 has promoted the petitioner from the post of Junior Engineer to Assistant Engineer, thus, instant petition has rendered infructuous

Mr. R.K. Malik, Sr. Advocate expressed his inability to controvert the abovesaid fact, however, submits that liberty may be granted to assail aforesaid order if the petitioner feels aggrieved.

All the petitions stand disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
