The petitioner had earlier also approached this Court, through instituting CWP-24276-2024, for claiming the relief, as yearned now in the instant writ petition. Vide order dated 26.11.2024, the said writ petition was disposed of as withdrawn, but, with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative efficacious remedy in accordance with law.

The petitioner has, instead of taking recourse to the alternative statutory remedy and merely by making a representation before the Deputy Commissioner on 12.12.2024, again approached this Court for issuance of directions upon the respondents No.2 and 3 to consider her case for allotment of Canteen situated in Civil Hospital, Panipat.
