In t he present petition, the grievan c e being raised by the petitione r s is that the petitio n er-institution is not being giv e n its entitled payment of the d ues under the Post M atric Scholarship Scheme, by t h e respondents. 2. Le a rned counsel for the petitione r -institution submits that the i s sue raised in the p r esent petition has already bee n answered by this Court in CWP No.13761 of 2024 titled “Akashdeep and ors. Vs. State of Punjab and ors.” and other connected cases, decided on 09.01.2025 hence, the present petition be a lso disposed of in t e rms of the said order.

Le a rned counsel for the respondent submits he has no objectio n in case, the prese n t petition is disposed of in ter m s of CWP No.13761 of 2024 titled “Akashdeep and ors. Vs. State of Punjab and ors.” and other connected cases, decided on 09.01.2025.

that though, th e claim raised in the present pe t ition has already been decide d by this court while passing order in Akashdeep's case (supra), but appeals have been filed against th e said order passed in Akashdeep's case (supra) being LPA-1 6 482025 and 1650 - 2025, wherein, notice as well a s notice regarding stay has alre a dy been issued bu t concedes the factum that judg m ent in Akashdeep’s case (supra) has not been st a yed.

I h a ve heard learned counsel for th e parties and have gone through the case file with t h eir able assistance.

O n ce, the issue raised in the prese n t petition has already been deci d ed by this Court w h ile passing order in Akashdeep's case (supra), merely that app e als have been file d against the order passed in Akashdeep's case (supra) , does not mean that the c laim of the petitioner-Institutio n , which is akin to one which w as raised in Akashdeep's case (supra), should not b e disposed of in the same term s so as to avoid disc r imination especially when, the o peration of the judgment passe d in Akashdeep's case (supra) has not been stayed.

Ke e ping in view facts and circu m stances of the present case, the present petition is disposed of in the same te r ms and conditions as stipulate d in

Akashdeep's case (supra).

It m ay be noticed that in the prese n t case, time period of eight we e ks’ as granted in Akashdeep's case (supra) will st a rt from the date of receipt of c o py of this order.
