Pursuant to the previous order passed by this Court, State counsel has filed a written statement by way of affidavit of Sh. Naresh Kumar, Under Secretary to Government, Haryana, Home Department, annexing therewith copies of orders dated 06.08.2025 as well as 18.08.2025, whereby detention of petitioner has been confirmed as well as rejecting her representation.

As these orders have been passed during the pendency of the instant writ petition, it is dismissed.

Liberty is, however, granted to the petitioner to assail aforesaid orders by filing a fresh petition, if so advised in accordance with law.
