The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari to quash notice dated 29.10.2024 (Annexure P-4) and notice dated 07.11.2024 (Annexure P-5).

The petitioner has not complied with the order dated 21.05.2025. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition.
