A ccordingly, at this stage, without c ommenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chief Administrator, HS V P, Panchkula to t a ke a decision on the legal notic e dated 16.08.2022 (Annexure P-3), made on behalf of the petitioners, by passing a speaking order and after afford i ng opportunity of h earing to all concerned, preferabl y within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. N eedless to add that the decision so taken be communicated to t he petitioners and if the decision is not to the satisfa c tion of the petitioners, they would be at liberty to ch a llenge the same, in accordance wi t h law.
