Gram Panchayat, Pichopa Khurd, District Charkhi Dadri complained that although the Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri had, by order dated 21.05.2025 (Annexure P-9), directed demarcation of panchayat land to find out encroachments, the needful was not being done on account of alleged political pressure. The learned State counsel vehemently denied any political influence and, on instructions from the Tehsildar, Badhra, undertook that demarcation to determine encroachments, if any, would be conducted in village Pichopa Khurd within two weeks, after associating the petitioner-Gram Panchayat, and that a copy of the demarcation report would be duly handed over to its authorized representative.
