1. T he challenge is to the order p assed by the learned Armed Forces Tribu n al dated 19.12.2018.

2. L earned counsel for the petitio n ers submits that there was no occasion to r o und off the disability from 20% to 50%.

3. T he issue is no more res - inte g ra in view of the judgment passed by th e Hon’ble Apex Court in the case of Bijender Singh v. Union of India and others, 2025 SCC OnLine SC 895 , which affirms the earlier judgment pa s sed by the Hon’ble Supreme C ourt in the case of Union of India and others vs. Ram Avtar 2014 SCC Online SC 1761 , wherein the Hon’ble Ape x Court has approved the round i ng off clause relating to grant of disability p ension to 50% where the dis a bility is less than 50%, 75%, where the di s ability is from 50% to 75% an d 100% where the disability is more than 75 % .
