The instant application has been filed for final disposal of the main case, which was adjourned sine die to await the decision of CWP11710-2014 titled as ‘ Sarbans Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others ’, which has now been allowed.

Learned counsel for the applicants-petitioners thus prays to take the present case on Board for hearing today itself and dispose of the same.
