Clerical Cadre.

The petitioners were removed from Executive Clerical Cadre being excess. In view of judgment dated 24.01.2003 passed by this Court in CWP-10533-1999, petitioners were brought back into Executive Clerical Cadre from the date they were removed. The petitioners till the date of filing petitions were working as extra hands in Executive Clerical Cadre with retrospective date.

The petitioners were enrolled during 1985 to 1992. There are all probabilities that they have retired on attaining the age of superannuation. Their appointment was protected by this Court.
