1. T he present Writ Petition pref e rred by the petitioner against order dated 0 8.04.2025 passed by the Ce n tral Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh B ench, Chandigarh (hereinafte r referred to as “the CAT”), seeking appo i ntment to the post of Staff Car D river Grade-III on deputation basis, challe n ging the appointments of respo n dents No. 4 and 5. However, the CAT fou n d this challenge to be baseless a nd recorded that the petitioner had never ap p lied for the post of Staff Car D river Grade-III and it has also come on re c ord that the vacancy circul a r dated 24.07.2019, inviting application f o r filling up the post on deput a tion basis, was approved and circular date d 24.07.2020 was circulated a m ongst various departments of the Govern m ent calling for application fro m eligible employees. On the said basis, t h e respondents No.4 and 5 ha d applied and were appointed. There is no d ocument in support of the ass e rtions made by the petitioner that the posts never notified.

2. T he factual finding arrived at by the CAT would not be

3. I n view of the above, we do n o t find any reason to interfere with the ord e r passed by the CAT dated 08 . 04.2025. The Writ Petition is misconceive d and the same is accordingly dismissed .
