The instant petition has been preferred by the petitioners seeking issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to release the Over Time Allowance admissible to them from 01.04.2013 to 31.12.2016 on the basis of the decision of this Court dated 01.04.2013 passed in CWP-22516-2012 along with other connected matters and further upheld by the Hon’ble Apex Court vide judgment dated 31.01.2017 passed in Civil Appeal No.(s) 7391-7395-2013 (Annexure P-4).

2 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, at this juncture, the petitioners would be satisfied in case the

respondent-Authorities are directed to look into the grievance espoused by the petitioners in the present writ petition and pass a speaking order thereupon in accordance with law and in a time bound manner.

On the asking of the Court, Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that she has no objection to the aforesaid prayer being granted.
