This writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issue a writ in nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners for promotion to the post of Naib Tehsildar on account of qualifying departmental examination for promotion to the post of Naib Tehsildar held from 01.07.2024 to 05.07.2024 in pursuant to office letter dated 21.06.2024 issued in terms of notification issued by government (Annexure P/1) as order dated 04.04.2025 (P/5) passed in CWP-378-2025 titled as "Narender Kumar versus State of Haryana and other", whereby further promotion consequent upon departmental test has been stayed, is passed in personam not as a general order for all the candidates as petitioners are neither party therein nor petitioner therein laid any challenge to their seniority or candidature in any manner

whatsoever, besides this, petitioners have unblemished service record to their credit.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of order dated 04.09.2025 passed in CWP-378-2025 titled as ‘ Narender Kumar vs. State of Haryana and ors .’, the instant petition has become infructuous.
In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant petition stands dismissed having been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
