Ms. Saanvi Singla, learned counsel for the respondent(s), on instructions imparted to her by the officer concerned, submits that a decision has been taken by the respondent(s)-authorities to permit the present petitioner to re-apply for re-allotment of any vacant plot.

In the face of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays, and, is permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition.

However, the present petitioner is directed to, within a period of one week from today, submit an online application for the requisite purpose, and, the same shall be lawfully decided within a period of two weeks thereafter, but after assigning the/an opportunity of personal hearing to the present petitioner.

Disposed of accordingly along with all pending application(s), if any.
