This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the Annexure P-14 i.e. speaking order dated 25.04.2025 (conveyed on 30.04.2025) and also Annexure P-7 i.e. Transfer order dated 08.04.2025 (to the extent of transfer of petitioner) whereby respondent no.2 has ordered the transfer of petitioner from the office of respondent no.3 to District Consumer Commission Palwal, despite being mala fide and contrary to instructions laid down by state of Haryana vide letter 24.01.2025 (Annexure P-8).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case.
