In the second round, learned counsel for the petitioner is not present but learned counsel for respondent-Bank is present and informs that the conditions, subject to which the interim order dated 09.11.2022 was granted in favour of the petitioner, have not been fulfilled. It is submitted that the condition was to deposit of Rs.2 Lakh by 11.07.2022 and further sum of Rs.1 Lakh till 30.11.2022.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank informs that none of the aforesaid amounts have yet been deposited.
