Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner appeared in Secondary School examination in the year 2021 and Senior Secondary examination in 2023 and has been issued mark-sheet, which have been attached ‘Annexure P-1’ and ‘Annexure P-2’, wherein, the name of the father of the petitioner has been mentioned as ‘Amit’ instead of ‘Amit Kumar’ and name of mother of the petitioner has been mentioned as ‘Seema’ instead of ‘Seema Rani’, which needs to be corrected, hence, the respondents be directed to make the necessary correction in the mark-sheet of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation dated 24.01.2025 (Annexure P-6), which is

still pending with a respondent and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage, in case, the respondent is directed to decide the same in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Seemar, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-CBSE and submits that in case, the representation 24.01.2025 (Annexure P-6) has been received and the same is still pending consideration with the authorities concerned, the same will be decided by the competent authority within a period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order, which will be duly conveyed to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned counsel for respondents-CBSE, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further.
