2 Learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that the main writ petition was admitted vide order dated 06.09.2007 and is pending on the Regular Board of this Court at Sr. No.1289. He submits that the controversy in dispute in the writ petition is covered by the ratio of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Sarbans Singh and others Vs. The State of Haryana and others, CWP No.11710-2014, decided on 25.03.2025 along with other connected matters. He therefore prays that the present application be allowed; the main writ petition be taken on board today itself and disposed of accordingly.

4 Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG, Haryana, enters appearance and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. She does not dispute that the ratio of judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the matter of Sarbans Singh and others (supra) would be applicable to the facts of the present case. She submits that she has no objection in the case the present application is allowed and the main writ petition which was admitted vide order dated 06.09.2007 is taken on Board today itself and is disposed of accordingly.
