In pursuance of advance copy of petition having been served upon respondent-State, Ms. Upasana Dhawan, AAG Haryana appears on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3 and on instructions from Mr. Prabher, Reader, O/o Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar, submits that the stay application (ER-16688-2025), filed by the petitioners alongwith their revision petition is pending consideration before the concerned officer for 25.04.2025 and the same would be considered and decided by the said concerned officer on the date fixed i.e. 25.04.2025 or not beyond one week from the date fixed in the revision petition.
