Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’), for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.0070 dated 28.03.2024, under Sections 20, 25 and 27A of Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 and Section 201 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Julana, District Jind.

Status report by way of affidavit dated 04.05.2025 of Jitender Kumar, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Law & Order, Jind along with Annexures R-1 to R-5, on behalf of respondent, is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the opposite side.
