Bo t h these petitions, filed under S ection 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraks h a Sanhita, 2023 for grant of reg u lar bail to the petitioners (in CRM-M-8704-2025 & CRM-M-1207-2025) w h o are both accused in the complaint case b earing No.COMA-48816 dated 1 2.12.2024 titled as “Director General of CGST Intelligence Vs. Pawan Kumar Goyal and another” pending before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lu d hiana, are being decided by a common order.

Le a rned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners contends that pe t itioners, namely Piyush Goyal a n d Pawan Kumar Goyal were granted concession of interim bail vide orders dat e d 19.03.2025 and 06.02.2025 respectively. He further contends that interim bai l granted to the petitioners has been continuing since then. It is further contende d that the investigation qua the

petitioners has already been concluded and they have extended all cooperation to the respondent-parties and that their custodial interrogation is not required.

Learned State counsel on instruction from ASI Pawan Kumar, does not dispute the aforesaid facts.

Taking into consideration the facts noticed above, the present

petitions are allowed and the orders dated 19.03.2025 and 06.02.2025 granting interim bail to the petitioner-Piyush Goyal and petitioner-Pawan Kumar Goyal respectively are made absolute.

However, if required, the petitioner(s) shall continue to appear

before the Trial Court till final decision of the lis.
