The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.153 dated 05.09.2024 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC at Police Station Sector 17, Chandigarh.
