“ Learned State counsel (on instructions) submits that the petitioner has not joined investigation in terms of order dated 9.9.2025 passed by this Court. This situation is disputed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Without delving into the rival contentions in this regard, the petitioner is now directed to appear before the concerned Illaqa Magistrate on 29.9.2025.

The Investigating Officer concerned is at liberty to seek the specimen signature of the petitioner before the concerned Magistrate on that day in accordance with law.
