This is an application seeking for placing on record certain documents. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is hereby allowed and the documents annexed with the application are taken on record.

complete any question for transfer of investigation to any other agency does not arrive. Thus, the present petition has become infructuous.

In the given facts situation the only remedy available to the petitioner is to file a protest petition before the learned Area Magistrate dealing with cancellation report.

In view of above mentioned observation, the present petition is hereby disposed of, having become infructuous, with liberty to the petitioner to take all the pleas taken in this petition before the learned Court dealing with cancellation report.
