The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of appropriate directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to consider the complaints of the petitioner dated 27.02.2023 (Annexure P-9), 07.06.2023 (Annexure P-10).

During the course of arguments, the petitioner as well as respondent No.4 are present in Court and with the positive persuasion of learned counsel for the parties, the petitioner as well as respondent No.4, both have agreed to amicably resolve the dispute. The entire dispute is settled for Rs.9.45 lakh.
