“Apprehending his arrest i n FIR No.0487 dated 24.07.202 5 registered for offences punishable u nder Sections 115, 191(2), 191(3), 333, 351(2) of BNS 2023 at Police S t ation Camp Palwal, District Palwal ; the petitioner has preferred this pet i tion under Section 482 of Bharatiy a Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 see k ing pre-arrest bail.

Counsel for the petitioner, inter alia, contends that the genesis o f the FIR in question is a business dispute between the petitioner an d complainant-side, the injuries attri b uted to the petitioner are simple i n nature & the petitioner is willing to join investigation and cooperat e therein.

On the strength of advance n o tice; Mr. Tarun Aggarwal, Addl.AG, Haryana has entered appearance o n behalf of the respondent-State o f Haryana.

Learned State counsel (on instructions) has stated that pursuant to

the order dated 22.08.2025, the petitioner has indeed joined investigation, and his custodial interrogation is not required.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the record, and keeping in view the stance of the State, the interim order dated 22.08.2025 passed by this Court is made absolute, subject to the conditions as enumerated under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.

Petition stands allowed, accordingly.

This order should not be treated as “blanket” order. It will not be

read granting petitioner indefinite protection from arrest. It shall be confined to the FIR mentioned ibid and will not operate in respect of any other incident that involves commission of an offence.

Liberty is reserved in favour of State/complainant to move for cancellation/recall of this order in case the petitioner violates any condition stipulated under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023 or upon showing any other sufficient cause.

Needless to say that anything observed herein above shall not be construed to be an opinion on the merits of the case.
