Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking regular bail in case FIR No.35 dated 20.05.2024, under Sections 323, 324, 450 IPC (Section 307 IPC was added later on), registered at Police Station Sri Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner produces a copy of order dated 16.07.2025 passed in CRM-M-25756-2025, whereby FIR No. 35 dated 20.05.2024, under Sections 323, 324, 450 IPC (Section 307 IPC was added later), registered at Police Station Sri Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, has been quashed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Copy of order dated 16.07.2025 is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at the appropriate place with the paper-book. Thus, learned counsel submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
