Beri Dated 14.05.2016 to Central Bureau of Investigation for fair investigation of the murder mystery of son of the petitioner in case because of involvement of influential person as prima facie it is a case of contract killing but With a further prayer for direction to respondent no. 5 for supply the copy of call details and location Chart of mobile nos. preserved under the order dated 05.04.2017of Ld. ACJM, Jhajjar(P/8) to the petitioner or submit the same before Hon'ble Court for fair adjudication.
