The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 117, dated 03.05.2025, under Sections 21 and 29 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Anti Narcotics Force Wing, SAS Nagar (Mohali).

Vide order dated 08.08.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has submitted that in compliance of order dated 08.08.2025, the petitioner has joined investigation. He further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is no more required.
