Kumar, resident of Village Saran, Police Station Chhappar, District Yamuna Nagar stated in her statement that she was living in a live-in relationship with Sushil Kumar son of Chander Lal, resident of Labkari of her own free will. She had not married with Sushil Kumar. It was found from the investigation of the complaint that respondent Sandhya Sharma wife of Sunil Kumar daugher of Naresh Kumar, resident of village Saran, District Yamuna Nagar is living in a live-in relationship with Sushil Kumar son of Chander Lal, resident of Labkari, Tehsil Indri, District Karnal of her own free will. No one had arranged Sandhya Sharma's marriage with Sushil Kumar, nor had the complainant been able to present any proof of the marriage and the said complaint was filed.

Keeping in view of the aforesaid report, no further order is required to be passed and the present petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the efficacious lawful remedy available to him.
