The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 482 of Cr. P.C. for issuance of appropriate directions to the respondents no.2 and 3 for taking appropriate action against the private respondents in accordance with law for beating up, torturing and keeping the petitioner in illegal confinement and for took the bribe from the present petitioner for releasing him while there was not a single case or FIR was registered against the petitioner in view of representations dated 25.4.2023, 3.5.2023 (Annexures P-1, P-2, P-3) and MLR dated 25.4.2023 (Annexure P-4).

Learned State counsel informs the Court that the representations dated 25.04.2023 and 03.05.2023 (Annexures P-1 to P-3) have been duly examined by the State authorities and no truth has been found therein. Consequently, the same have been consigned to the record room. He, therefore, submits that nothing survives for consideration in the present petition.
