Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing FIR No. 0158 dated 16.08.2016, under Sections 120-B, 406, 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Derabassi, SAS Nagar alongwith all subsequent proceedings on the basis of compromise dated 28.01.2019 (P-2) entered into between the parties i.e. petitioners as well as respondent No.2.

(2) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions, submits that present petition be disposed with liberty to file afresh with better particulars, if an occasion so arises.

(3) Ordered accordingly.

(4) Needless to say that above observations be not construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the case, in any manner.
