“For quashing of Report dated 21.02.2025 filed U/s 193 of BNSS, 2023 on the basis of DDR No.25 of 26.12.2024, in FIR No.156 dated 29.09.2024 was registered U/s 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 3(5) BNS PS Mukerian, Distt Hoshiarpur (Annexures P-14) being a sheet of defective investigation as the actual factual incident has been ignored and false story has been made up to help the respondents No.4 to 10.

II. Further In alternate the official respondent’s no.1 to 3 be order to conduct the fair investigation, by constituting a committee of Senior Officials after obtaining the due permission from the trial court in view of facts and circumstances of the case.
