The present petition has been filed for quashing of impugned order dated 25.2.2025 (Annexure P3) passed by the learned Special Judge, Gurdaspur in criminal case No.NDPS-77-2025, in FIR bearing No.75 dated 19.7.2022 under Sections 18, 25, 29 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Rangar Nagal, Batala District Gurdaspur, vide which the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed offender.

A perusal of case file shows that the learned counsel for the petitioner has already availed the opportunity to argue the matter on 28.4.2025, 28.05.2025 and lastly on 21.7.2025 when the matter was adjourned for today.

Today again, a request for further accommodation has been made on behalf of the petitioner.

Having granted already three opportunities to argue the matter, RAMANDEEP SINGH this Court do not find any reason to continue with the petition. A perusal of 2025.08.25 14:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
