“It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that the present petition ma y kindly be allowed and the respon d ents may kindly be directed not t o harass the petitioner at the instance of private respondents for taking th e action as per application dated 02.0 4 .2025 (Annexure P-3) and to protec t the life and liberty of the petitioner, in the interest of justice.”

The official respondents never hara ss ed the petitioner nor gave threats t o p etitioner as alleged in the applicat io n as well as in the present petition . Nothing was happened in the office o f respondent no. 4 as alleged by th e p etitioner in the petition.”
