The said culprit called me at Hasi Chowk Karnal and I came to Hasi Chowk, Karnal on 0 2 .06.2021 and gave Rs.4,00,000/- i n cash to the said culprit in front of K rishan Kumar son of Surjan residen t of Ramnagar, Karnal. After this, I t r ansferred Rs.18,00,000/- to the ban k account of accused Amit through g o ogle pay and CHC after giving th e said amount of Rs.12,00,000/- the c u lprits Amit and Ranjeet alias Vick y told me that you will get joinin g letter when you give us anothe r Rs.4,00,000/- was forced to collect R s.4,00,000/- from here and there an d the said culprits called me near Ne e lkanth Hotel, GT Road and the sai d culprits took Rs.4,00,000/- in cash f rom me in front of Rakesh son o f Sukhbir and told me that you will g et the joining letter soon. The sai d culprit gave me cheque no. 886 8 19 dated 18.02.2022 in my nam e amounting to Rs.14,00,000/- in th e bank account no.30452105405 o f Parveen Kumar Ramdhari of State Bank of India, Main Branch Karnal o r another cheque no. 000065 dated 28.03.2022 the amount of Rs.2,00,000/ - was given to me as security for the bank account numbe r 50190013908760 of Budhan Bank B r anch Karnal. It is that after this th e said culprit issued to have joining l etter in the name of Rakesh son o f Sukhbir memo no. 56150-88 dated 2 5.09.2021 regarding joining for th e p ost of peon D.A.V. Senior Secondar y School. This is that the said accuse d A shok Kumar son of Shri Isham Sin g h regarding joining for the job in th e p ost of Social Education and Panchayat Department. This is what whe n we went to the concerned office in Panchkula with the joining letter o f different dates given by mentioned c u lprit, they told that this joining lette r is fake. No joining letter has been i ssued to you from our office in thi s way, we came to know that the said culprits had cheated us by giving u s f ake joining letter and in the name o f getting us a government job. Afte r this when we called the said culprits t hey did not pick up our - call. This i s that 24.06.2022 at around 10.00 A M. I went to the vegetable marke t located at Amit's house in Karnal a n d told him that you have cheated us. Therefore, if you return our money t he said culprits called some of thei r associates and started beating me a nd threatened that if you came her e again to ask for money, we will kill y ou. The said culprits also threatene d that if you come home again, I will f ile such a case against you throug h my wife that you will go straight to jail. It is that the said culprits hav e f raudulently extorted money from u s by giving us the false promise o f getting us a government job. Ther ef ore, you are requested to keep th e above mentioned thing in mind take the strictest legal action against th e culprits and either get our money ba c k from the culprits or protect our lif e and property. It will be so kind o f you. And this matter should b e investigated impartially by a higher a uthority. ”
