Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short, ‘the BNSS’) , for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.36 dated 25.02.2024, under Sections 20 (b) (ii )(c) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (for short ‘NDPS’) registered at Police Station Kosli, District Rewari.
(2) Custody Certificate dated 21.05.2025 of the petitioner has been produced and which is taken on record. Copy thereof supplied to the opposite side. Registry to tag the same at appropriate place.
(3) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned Counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that present petition be disposed off as not pressed “at this stage”.
(5) It is clarified that above observations be not construed as an expression of opinion on merits of the case in any manner.
