The petitioners have filed the instant petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.334 dated 04.08.2022 registered under Sections 362, 366, 201, 376D, 506 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Sadar Pehowa, District Kurukshetra and for setting aside all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 17.05.2024.

After arguing the case for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all the pleas, as have been raised in the present petition, before the Trial Court.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
